Before using an electrical appliance, the following basic precautions should always be followed: Read all instructions before using the appliance.
- Before connecting the product to the power supply, ensure that the voltage indicated on the product (underneath the base of the kettle) corresponds to the voltage in your home. If this is not the case then refrain from using the appliance
- Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or the counter you’re using the appliance on. Do not place the product on or near hot gas/electric burner or oven. Do not operate the product without anything in it. This will cause damage to the heating element.
- Ensure that the use of the product is on a firm and flat surface and out of reach of children to prevent injury. Do not immerse the power cord, base or the product in water or other liquids. Always take extra care while pouring boiling water out of the kettle.
- Close supervision is necessary when the product is being used by or being used near children. The attached base cannot be used for anything other than its intended use. 10. Unplug the product from the power outlet when not in use and before cleaning
- Allow the product to cool down before cleaning the appliance. To disconnect turn the knob to “OFF” position and then remove the plug from the electric socket. Do not operate if the product or the power cord is damaged in any way.
- The product is provided with a grounded plug. Please ensure the wall outlet in your house is well earthed. The product should be used only with the accessories provided with it. If the kettle is overfilled, the boiling water may spill outside.

This product carries a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials. The warranty excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, misuse, accidental damage, and tempering with by unauthorized persons. In the event of any defect arising during warranty period, the same should be taken to your nearest dealer or wholesaler.
It will then be taken care of as per the discretion of the company’s representatives. The warranty does not cover damage / defects caused by events beyond control like act of god, lightning, abnormal power supply/ voltage fluctuation
